Yacht Charter in Ayia Napa: Renting the Whole Catamaran
A private yacht charter in Ayia Napa means taking the whole boat rather than buying seats on it. On our catamaran, that is the entire 60ft double-deck vessel with no other passengers, the captain and full crew, up to 80 guests, a BBQ cooked on board, snorkelling gear, and a route through the Cape Greco Marine Reserve that we adjust to your group. You choose the hours: morning, midday or sunset.
Every charter is crewed. There is no bareboat option and no version of this boat you drive yourself, so no licence or experience is needed from anyone in your group.
What a charter costs depends on group size, date, duration, time of day, and any extras such as a DJ or a cake, which is why there is no fixed price list and no online booking form. Charters are arranged by message.

What a Charter Includes

What it does not include is a set of keys. If you want to rent a boat with a captain in Ayia Napa, this is that: every charter is crewed; there is no version of this boat you drive yourself, and we offer no bareboat hire. If self-drive is what you had in mind, that market lives on the rental platforms.
The 60ft Catamaran, and Why the Hull Matters
We have run the Cape Greco route since 2018, fully licensed and eco-certified, with a 4.9 guest rating.
Hull type matters more than most people expect. A catamaran charter in Ayia Napa gives you a hull that does not roll at anchor the way a monohull does, which counts when a large group is climbing on and off a swim ladder for four hours. It also sits higher in the water, so we anchor closer into the sheltered parts of the bays where the swimming is best.
Up to 80 Guests — and Why That Number Is Unusual Here
Our catamaran comfortably takes up to 80 people. That number does a lot of work, because it is the single biggest difference between us and most of what you will find when searching for yacht hire in Ayia Napa.
Most charter listings on the booking platforms are boats for eight to twelve people. They fall apart the moment you have a wedding party, a company away-day, or an extended family flown in from three countries: you end up chartering two or three boats, splitting the group, and losing the point of being together.
Eighty is a ceiling, not a target: a group of fifteen still has two decks, shade and room to move.
The Cape Greco Route, and How Much You Can Change It
The standard run covers the Ayia Napa Sea Caves, Love Bridge, the lighthouse at Cape Greco, Royal Bay, Konnos Bay and Blue Lagoon — some as viewing points from the deck, others as swim stops where we anchor and everyone gets in.
On a charter, the route is a starting point, not a fixed itinerary. Groups ask us to spend longer at one bay and skip another, or to time the day so the last swim lands at a particular hour. Weather can force a change too — if the wind is wrong for a bay, we move to somewhere sheltered rather than deliver a poor version of the plan.
Turtles are the reason many groups come. On our cruises, morning or sunset, we see them around 90% of the time, most often near Konnos Bay. We do not guarantee sightings. Nobody honest does.
Morning, Midday or Sunset Charter?
Mornings have the calmest water, which suits families and anyone whose priority is swimming. Sunset is what people book for weddings, proposals, and anniversaries. Midday suits groups wanting a long day without an early start.
The BBQ Cooked on Board, and What’s at the Bar
The BBQ is cooked on the boat between swim stops, not reheated from a box: chicken souvlaki to Captain Jimmy’s family recipe, grilled halloumi, tzatziki, vegetable salad and pourgouri. Halal and vegan options are available by prior arrangement, and we can adjust the menu to your group — tell us about allergies when you book rather than on the morning.
There is a bar on board selling water, soft drinks, beer and wine, and drinks sit outside the charter price. You cannot bring your own alcohol — a licensing matter rather than a pricing tactic, and better heard now than at the gangway.
Extras: DJ, Cake, Flowers and Photography
By prior arrangement, we can organise a DJ, a celebration cake, flowers, photography and video, and decorations. These need notice: a cake two days out is straightforward; a DJ the night before is not. If the charter is for an occasion, say so in your first message.

Where does the boat depart from?
Ayia Napa Harbour — Limanaki, the old harbour in the centre of town, not the marina.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can for high season, and especially for sunset dates and weddings. A DJ or a cake needs a few days of its own.
